What are the delivery delays?

Our average delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. We’ll make sure to keep you informed every step of the way!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location..

Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?

Online orders can only be shipped to a single address. However, if you're placing a bulk order, we can coordinate delivery to multiple addresses. Reach out to us so we can assist with the logistics!

Can you help me with my design?

Absolutely. Our graphic design support is available through two of our services: Private Store and Bulk Orders. Visit the Services page to find out which option best suits your needs.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If production hasn't started yet, your order may be eligible for cancellation. However, once it has entered production, it can no longer be canceled. Contact us quickly if you need assistance!

Are my products guaranteed?

Our 1-year warranty applies to the following products: Impact cases, Clear cases, Folio cases, iPad cases, and portable batteries. Accessories do not have a warranty, except for manufacturing defects.

Where are my designs saved?

All your uploaded and saved designs are available in your My Account section. You can revisit, modify, or reuse them anytime.

My employee made a mistake in its order, is it possible to exchange the product?

All sales are final once the order is confirmed. If a mistake is noticed, please notify us immediately before production begins. Once production has started, no changes or exchanges can be made.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Sending a sample is part of our design approval process for both Private Store and Bulk Order services. If you'd like to receive a sample before starting the process, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to provide more information!
